Excellent Response Time

It was my unfortunate need to complain about Netcare Olivedale on HelloPeter last week regarding a billing complaint.

Within minutes of posting the complaint i had received an sms and two phone calls from Netcare Head Office. The lady and gentleman who spoke to me sounded really concerned, but sounding concerned and actually doing something are two different matters all together!

I was pleasantly surprised though, that very same day, within a matter of hours of my complaint, i received all the documentation i required regarding my billing complaint. I received the information i required from both Olivedale and Head Office!

When my complaint arose i was of the opinion that this is just the way private hospitals operate, like the "Wild West" they just rob and pillage! I am now of the opinion that my case was simply a rare glitch in the system and that this is not the "norm".

Thank you kindly to Deborah Sieff and Benjamin at Netcare Head Office for sorting my issue out with such haste, it was truly unexpected and immensely appreciated!
