Iliing with no communication

I applied fo the medical aid on a personal capacity and submitted all the required documents and I am being billed an employed persons rate and no communication regarding this was done with me till when I need to pay from the billing department only to discover that my stuff was only processed 15days after I had submitted my documents. And till this day the income verification department has not been in contact with me even after numerous emails that I have sent to them, this is totally unacceptable and I am looking at other medical aids since discovery is too good for me and my family.
