I received a bill in January for an amount of R970. I notified Lancet that the amount will be paid in Feb as I did not budget for it in January. The agent at Lancet (Ichakomi Adams) confirmed that the amount can be paid in Feb
On the 22.02 I received an sms that I have been handed over to ITC -BA.
How can I be handed over for a bill that was sent to me in Jan and of which I agreed to settle the amount in Feb. BTW the amount has been settled.
This is such an unethical business practice. The next time I do blood tests I will insist on using Ampath.
NB: If you want bills to be settled, why dont you try posting the darn thing!
