I had recently booked a holiday via the Vitality partner Tsogo Sun, but had to cut it short my stay due to my son falling ill. I then contacted Vitality, on the number: 0860 99 88 77, to see if i could get refunded for the night that i couldn't stay at the hotel.
I was actually preparing myself for a fight, as you normally have to whenever you try to get your hard earned money back from any institution. I was pleasantly surprised when I got through to Kristen, who listened to my issue without any negative attitude what so ever. Kristen took my details down and said she would find out what could be done and get back to me, which I really appreciated at the time as she did not make a promise that she couldn't keep. Kristen kept me informed regularly and the end result was that I got refunded.
I am very impressed with the professionalism that Kristen has, and I feel like a valued customer of Discovery and therefore will stay a loyal customer.
