Statement Requests and Credit Reckord Update

I took health equipments from a company called Ozone in Randburg and ever since i took then i have had issues with them not sending me statements on a monthy basis i have sent numerous e-mails on a monthly basis to a lady called Sheila based in Cape Town whom i was consistantly talking to. I pay by dirrect debit each month an amount of R1500 and when i checked my credit reckord to my dissapoinmet it was not updated for that reason i was denied credit for something minor. upto this day i do not know what i am paying towards since i am not receiving any statements either by post or e-mail and i had to call back every month for the same which unacceptable. I am so upset with the service that this company provides and with the level of service given to me i am not in a possition to recommend them to anyone. This is upsetting!!!
