What a shock to speak to somebdoy who shows no empathy. The lady refuses to help our son who has extreme toothache. It is as if we had been placed on a black list. She stated they help people first come first served but surely the list should be reduced? I am at a loss with this attitude but what can one expect from the country and its people. I can understand why some people rather go to another town for treatment.
