Check in at a beautifully looking La Riviera guesthouse not knowing what to expect. The room and surroundings were great, bad attitude and sheer from the owners was shocking. From being kicked on of a room whilst having a bath to having another colleague, when complaining about DSTV channels not functioning, the owner stated that we can just take our money and move, this is better than a shack (presumably meaning we live in a shack). I was shocked and horried of such treatment, this day in age worse in the hospitality sector. Was also told "Ja we all alot of you people". When telling them we will report this to the travel agents, the owners said they have a waiting list so they do not need our business. I feel sorry for those workers working in that guesthouse!
