I submittted a claim on the morning of the 15th making it 5 working days from now.
The normal turnaround time is 3 working days, I was advised that its 5 at the moment due to backlog which II was fine with.
I've now called the call centre and they still can't give me a date when it will be paid out, totally unacceptable.
I asked them to prioritise/escalate and they dont have a esclation path to their payment division which I find totally unacceptable.
what is going on and when will I be paid out.
