A claim for authorisation: 14543473 was dropped in box at work (115 West Street, Sandton) with another claim, which weird enough has been processed and payment made. It was dropped in box on the 14th or 15th or January.
When I called in today (22nd) and spoke to Amanda, I was told that the claim I am referring to was only received on the 19th, and that THEY are still within the 5 working turn around time, which is BS! She gave me another ref: 2702148500
This is totally unacceptable, especially for Discovery... isnt it enough I had to pay the surgeon cah, becaue the Dr. is having issues with the payment from Discovery, now I have to wait forever just get a claim prcessed.
