Bought Groupon for VIP Package and made booking for 1 Day for R800 - valued at R3200, There website seemed Ok (nothing fantastic) and couldn't find anything really bad written about them... until Now. Day spa starting at 12:00pm (supposed to include breakfast)... So we arrive at the supposed Spa (which turns out to be converted Conference Hall / Someone's house/ SPA) not what was shown on website. STRIKE 1, STRIKE 2 - Breakfast at 12:30 (fruit Salad - really chopped up fruit in a bowl with custard)... Ok... Strike 3 - Lead into room to find used Massage Beds... Used Towels... oily dirty towels which we are expected to use ..AGAIN!!!.. Shocked!!! asking. Massage lady leaves only to get the receptionist shoved in. Who tells us her manager/owner did take towels last night to wash... that's it then she then proceeds to stand there for ten minutes with hands up and I don't know look on her face. SO STAY AWAY, Don't waste your time or Money on this no service, disgusting, hole of a place. We went to SORBET and had a great message for R700.By the By Groupon refunded us completely for this... no problem & I advised them strongly not to use them for promo's eve
