Disappointed in service!

The ladies in my family & I had pre- wedding breakfast for my future sister in law this morning at Moyo at Fountains. We arrived at 9:30, but only received our food at 11:30. There were 4 young children in our party, but we could not order off the children's menu, and there were no chips available. Some of the crockery was dirty and the plates on the table were too. When our food finally arrived, the toast was cold, and the breakfast tasted burnt. My eggs were not cooked properly and I had to leave most of them on my plate. Also the food did not arrive all at the same time, I myself having to wait 10 minutes after everyone else for my breakfast to arrive. The Manager on duty had to be looked for, and was found watching TV instead of checking on her clientele. She offered us all a free drink after we complained for a second time. Worst of all, we did not have our faces painted, which to me is a highlight of going to Moyo. I am very disappointed by the service we received at Moyo at Fountains, and will think twice about eating at any Moyo in the future.
