I went for x-rays on the 31.07.2012 and was told ther medical aid wont pay for it and then i started paying R100 on each invoice and then we re-submitted the claims and told it would be paid . i kept on foning for my refund and everytime i get told its not processed yet.

I kept on asking them to keep me updated via email and also this was not done. Then i was referred to another accounts lady and she emailed me to tell me my refund will go thru this week. When i sent her an email asking her if this was done i got no response and i sent another email and still no repsonse.

They can fone you quick for money of your owe them but if they must pay you back then they take their own sweet time and this is unacceptable.

I have never had such bad service before.
