Incorrect payment reversal

Without any form of notification, Discovery debited me with about R800 which they say they shouldn't have paid in 2010 (3 years ago). Problem is this R800 was paid from my SAVINGS account, in other words my own money was used, so if they are going to reverse the payment they should give it back to me not take it away again. I have spent hours on the phone with Discovery, 3 different people, who give reference numbers and tell me I am correct and I will be repaid, I have emailed proof it was paid from my savings to a manager, but nothing happens, and it is impossible to speak to a senior person, I just get first line support who have no authority. I hate dealing with some corporate machine who couldn't care less, instead of a person who can sort this out. Phoning again is pointless, the person cant make a decision so it just costs me more money in phone charges. Extremely frustrating
