I'm a little shocked at the level of service at the Intercare Fourways, I went in to have blood tests done, the main reception told me to show up anytime, and when I did just that I was met with dreary complaints from the blood department stating I should have consulted with them and not reception. How would a first-time client even know that? The staff proceeded to take my blood sample saying it's a waste of money .. and now I'm struggling to get the results. I was told to phone back yesterday, and after being cut off and having to phone back, was instructed that they would contact me... still waiting - if I knew this from the start, I would have gone elsewhere.
