We recently booked a cruise on the MSC Opera to Mozambique, and since we got married the year before we took advantage of the honeymoon special that was being offered by the local cruise company. This special included a 5% discount, a free upgrade and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. We received our 5% discount and our free upgrade once we booked approximately 6 months prior to cruising. Once on the cruise we asked our housekeeper if the bottle of sparkling wine was to going to be delvered to our room and she noted she had no knowledge of this and i had to enquire at reception. I asked at reception and they said they had nothing at reception and nothing would be possible without proof. This was a very embarrassing situation for me both at reception and in front of my wife!
