Rude clinical manager

Sir, I am a relative of the patient at Pelonomi, who went there with urinary retention. He is known to have prostate cancer, so usually when his urine is blocked, he goes to the hospital for a catheter. They arrived at 6:45 at casualty. When they arrived, they were told to wait for the night staff for the catheter.

Urinary retention is very painful; a full-grown man cries like a baby when they have that, but my father was told to wait while he was in pain. He was not even given anything for the pain and had to wait for a nurse who arrived at 7:30 and was only attended to at 8:30.

When I called their casualty at 0514051040, they hung up, and from there, they didn't answer the phone. I got in touch with Clinical Manager Gaalebale Matshidiso at 0828751873, who was very rude and protective of the nurse. She even shouted at me and hung up on me. I called her and told her she was being incompetent as a clinical manager; she can't hang up while I am asking what is happening at her hospital. She was so rude to me and told me I could do whatever I want, and nothing would happen to her. She gave me the wrong matron number, 0514051219. When I told her the number was wrong, she shouted at me.

Patients were left there alone until 7:30. When I finally got hold of their casualty, with all the bad attitude, they told me they had been getting reports from 18:45 to 19:30. They are rude there, and even the clinical manager is worse.
