Waiting 3hours and still no help

I fell down during loadshedding and hurt my left foot severely. I immediately went to Cape gate emergency and had to sign papers to pay R1700. I waited for 3hours sitting in severe pain. After 3hours I told them that I am leaving. It is a total disgrace that I Was not helped with in an hour at least. Many people who came after me, went in before I could even see a doctor and get an exray. It is sad to see what has become of institutions that call themselves PRIVATELY OWNED.
