Paarl hospital really disappointed service and staff are unfriendly and treat patient like they are nothing. my mother was there and the staff was so rude to her. when we phone to ask how she is, they were rude and did not help us. my mom had covid, we could not visit her and therefore depend on the nurses to give us feedback, but they were so unfriendly and did not want to help. my mom died from covid and I think if they were a bit caring and loving she might still be here today.
I am so unhappy and sad.
please Paarl hospital make a point to talk to your staff to be more friendly and helpfull, as it is their job to be caring.
