As soon as I walked in to the hospital the support staff smile and directed me. They were friendly and enthusiastic. Booking in, receptionists were efficient and friendly. Nursing staff were patient and gentle with me. The biggest wow was for the hospital porter. He was so friendly and very considerate. He fetched me from my ward quickly, took me to get my meds at the pharmacy. He waited with me until my husband got there with the car, helped in and took care of my belongings. Well done. Never have I been treated so well at a hospital before. So many smiles by hospital staff, well done.
