LENMED HOSPITAL
Appointment time not adhered to

I have an appointment at 11am on 09.01.2021 this is my 3rd appointment now and each time we need to wait in a queue. This is a private hospital and if I'm given a time then I should be seen by the doctor at that specific time and not wait in a queue for over an hour.
