Paying after cancellation of medical aid

February and March 2012 I send through cancellation letters for my 3 (three) children to two different numbers provided by Bonitas. They are already registered at other medical aids. After numerous calls to Bonitas as well as to Gwen the broker at Medscheme requesting them to cancel the abovementioned they just said that I must provide a company letter because their records stated that I'm working for someone that I don't even know and that this company is paying a contribution on my behalf, which is not true. I send an affidavit, bank statement, registered copies of my id, bank and medical card as well as their account stated that I'm paying an amount of R5003-00 with a debit order out of my cheque account every month from September 2009. Yesterday a manager phoned me and confirm that they will solve the problem and phone me back today. I did'nt stop the payments and paid in only me and my husbands contribution because I was scared it will bring more problems. January 2013 I refersed the whole amount and stopped our medical aid. I stopped the dt order on the 31/01/2013 just to see that Bonitas took R5491 on the 1st and it can't be refersed. They must refund me from 2012
