Incorrect billing 12 months later??

I receieved a bill from Lancet via Dr Kitoko, this was for the birth of our baby in April of last year (2012). The claim is incorrect from them because they have my wife on as the patient but for the additional days it should be the baby as he was in post-natal. So the authorisation do not correspond with the right patient and the medical wont pay. Lancet please correct this asap re-submit. PLEASE
