I have correspondence dating back to 25 Nov 2011 & 1 December 2011 effectively, advising them that it needs to be cancelled with immediate effect, only to find out that Planet Fitness starts debiting money off my bank account since November 2013 stating that they have the authorisation to do and they are no longer receive payment from Vitality. In trying to get this resolved I am pushed from pillar to post and expected to take the knock and accept that they have MY money!! PEOPLE BE AWARE YOU ARE BEING ROBBED... I do not want phone calls or any weak explanations - I just want my money back!!
