I cancelled a booking I made at Avianto for a wedding and as per contract it states that I will be refunded if the date is re-booked by someone else. I find out that the date was rebooked and it's not available but Avianto claims that the couple who booked have not signed the contract as yet but paid the full deposit. I feel they shold be refunding me cause the day has been booked and deposit has been paid for the date. The company is not fair at all and trying not to pay refunds.
