During the festive season i visited a local GP, due to this busy period the GP was unable to get authorization from Momentum, therefore i was asked to pay cash and logde a claim through in the new year. I have called Momentum several times with my query but was told to contact prime cure on 0861665665 (a number i doubt even exists). I have called this number on numerous occasions but only reach a voice recroding which continuosly repeats "all agents are currently busy. This not work for me as I have held on for longer than 20minutes per occasion and have called in at least 5 times thus far. All i need is for my claim to be submitted in attempts to have my funds returned. Please can I get some assistance here.
