What's the point?

On the 28th on December I went to see my GP who advised they don't accept Discovery claims in December so I paid cash received the invoice and payment info and decided to just claim back from Discovery.
I scanned and e-mailed the claim on the 2nd of Jan and after not hearing anything followed up on the 15th again. After still no feedback I followed up again on the 21st and 22nd and eventually received a reply that the scan wasn't clear. So after nearly three weeks apparently someone finally looked at it. That same day I scanned a high res image and sent the claim in again. Once again after not hearing anything I followed up again on the 4th of February only to receive feedback on the 5th that the practice name isn't clear on the document. Honestly do need to take a photo with the Hubble telescope the doctors practice is CLEARLY stamped on the bottom right hand corner. The other issue is apparently my membership number isn't on the doc, surely this is something you should take up with the practice which has signed with you. I must now get time off work to have this sorted... what is the point??
