Condescending Manager and charged incorrectly

We stayed at Auberge Hollandaise form 30 December 2013 until 4Jan 2014.The GM seems overly friendly but is actually passive aggressive. She smiled with us throughout the time but we would walk into reprimanding notices in the mornings. Upon check out our invoice included a long list of beverages that we did not consume. The GM jumped onto a high horse saying there is no way her staff could have made the numbers up. We were charged for 2 breakfasts that we allegedly had by a guest that came to visit us which is not true. Our friend visited us around 2pm and left, did not even drink water from Auberge. She has no integrity, she is now going to refund the breakfasts 'because the chef made the mistake of not getting our signature for our guest to eat'.The truth is, no guest had any food with us. They have cameras all over but cannot provide footage of that breakfast eating ghost. I think their assumption is that people will not look at the invoices. Mine was slid carefully into an envelope and sealed before i could even look at it.
