I visited Nino's at Mosis Mabida for breakfast. I ordered an Eggs Benedict. Firstly there was no hollandaise sauce, instead some other sauce was used. The waitress then gave me a hassle to correct the order and was going to charge me additional amounts for providing a new batch of proper hollandaise sause. I called for the floor manager and explained the problem. He said he understood and would correct the order immediately. The new order came to the table, and what do you know, it was the same thing I had been complaining about. I sent the order back, asked them to remove it from the bill and left the place.
It's amazing how hard people find it to provide good service. Its a pity that our restaurant standards are actually dropping because of poor skills and incompetent staff.
