I placed a complaint about the processing of my claims and got a call from Saroosha to whom I explained the situation and she said it would be rectified, she would make sure the unprocessed claims from my midwife were processed and look into the issue with my claim for my gynae, I have received my statement, only 1 claim has been processed, the gynae claim and the midwife claim I was querying have not been sorted out. i have given birth now and this has been going on for a month
