We attended a wedding at L'Aquila on 15 December 2013 and spent the night at their guest house. Room no 4 was the room we were given.
Upon arrival I was already not impressed with the room as there was no fan or aircon in the room and the room was so dark I had to do my make-up in the car.
But the worst was still to come...
Our bedroom was infested with Bed Bugs. My family, including my two year old daughter and nephew, were eaten alive.
Never have I had such a terrible nights sleep. I am disgusted! The amount we paid for the room to be bitten is unacceptable.
I brought it to the attention of the manager and he was neither shocked nor surprised. I was told that they have had the same complaint before and walked off.
If there was a complaint before, why was nothing done?
I have emailed them numerous times and no one is getting back to me!
Disgusted!!!
