Blacklisted after receiving incorrect information

I was contacted by one Eurica Bailey on behalf of Netcare Sunninghill regarding payment of my account. I paid the account based on the information that was given to me by Bailey, only to receive a letter in the mail that I have been blacklisted for credit.

When I phoned Bailey in order to enquire, I was abruptly told that she has transferred and is not at all interested in attending to my query. When I was eventually transferred to someone who could assist they advised that the payment was made into the incorrect account. It should be noted that I used the exact details as per Bailey's instruction.

I suspect that she might have given me her own banking details to make payment into - perhaps the reason for her being so rude when I tried to follow up with her.

Please be cautious of this woman.
