My story started with my daughter going for a annual check up at dentist. It was established she has to see a orthodontist. Reason: Her one adult tooth is unable to come out because of space restriction. This is a NEED not a WANT for prettiness sake. I get advised to utilize my savings, which is not large by no means and even if i saved my entire savings for 2 whole years i would not be able to afford the NECESSARY braces for my child. Somehow i managed to get my query escalated and i was told nothing they can do, so i also informed them (seeing that this had been escalated), i had not received my annual increase letter where i could see new benefits and what is and what is not covered. They got back to me this morning 22.01.2014 advising that they have a successful delivery report dd 24.10.2013. I said fab hold the line i would like to check my inbox. NO email was received, but a couple days after that, there was a Vitality news letter and a daily claim, but as for annual email NOTHING! Nothing is ever deleted! So at the end of the day nothing can be done to assist me or my daughter. WHY do we pay HUGE amounts of money? Their huge corporate word against mine? Hopeless case.
