As every year we need to supply Top Med with information to adjust the Network plan according to salary. I have sent the forms more than a week ago, and then got a billing statement for the maximum salary scale that will be deducted again. Call center said it is a problem as they had few complaints like this and the fax number may be wrong. Now i must redo every thing and mail it to them again... the maximum deductions will go of for Feb and in march then only they will refund me. This is poor service and can imagine young people like myself who do not have money to spare is furious as they are suffering because of poor management, will be moving to other scheme soon!!!
