NEVER GET THROUGH TO A CONSULTANT FOR AUTH

You never get through to MSO: Thebemed/Hosmed for authorization.

We deal with very sick patients, but to phone the above mentioned service providers to get authorization on any examination not to mention CT/MRI scans is a lost case.

You never get through, you hold on for hours!!! I was on hold 45min for one patient. There's 8 hours in a day, meaning, I can only help 8 patient per day because the service providers aren't giving service!!!

I just want to know are you still on Christmas holiday???
