Do not charge according to salary brackets

I would like to find out why they charge us according to our income
this is totally unfair. a person who's salary is higher then the next pays so much more on medical aid but yet all the benefits are the same. I just think this is a way to make easy money. we all struggle to survive and that's why they need to put a standard rate for all clients and not according to what you earn. very upset client
