My son had to have teeth extracted at the day clinic. We have now since November been fighting with discovery to get it paid. They paid the Antitheist, but the dentist is still waiting due to always some problem or code they say is not on the bill. When the last time my wife spoke to them, they said they just needed the one code and all would be ok, that was in December, when she called a few days ago, nothing had been done and they said they had not looked at new account yet. They called me today to say they need another code. When I asked to get email that tells me exactly what is needed, they said they can't do emails and ask if manager can do it, was told yes but would take 48 hours. What sort of company works like this. They just keep looking for excuse not to pay from hospital and want everything from your savings. You can't get any service unless you say take from my savings. This is ridiculous service in todays world of technology, are they still living in dark ages!!! I need things sorted and if there is something missing, make sure everything is giving to client not keep delaying so you then say account is too late.!!!
