My son had tried to help a female friend who had been accidentally knocked over at Outer Limits on New Years Eve. When he tried to help her up he was grabbed round the neck by a "bouncer" who started to drag him outside. His phone fell to the ground at this time. He tried to tell the guy he wanted to pick up his phone but the other bouncer put his foot on top of it, looked my son in the eye then bent down, picked it up and put it blatantly into his pocket!!! They then dragged him outside and would not let him back into the venue. Being New Year's Eve, they had all been drinking, but he was far from being drunk or unruly! He has never yet been involved in a fight of any sort and he is now 22. My mom, 82 and other family members were all at the venue with the kids on this particular night! Even when the manager was approached for assistance by my daughter he was totally dismissive and would not call the bouncer in question to answer any allegations. All further attempts to contact the security company who provided these ill-mannered, thieving louts has proved fruitless.
