We heard about the Wine Tram from a friend - phoned to book and was given the time table and routes. Upon arrival we were assisted quickly and efficiently. A very friendly and competent tour guide took us to the bus and I must say, I was a bit sceptical about the bus and tram being on time and boy-oh-boy was I Impressed! (and to impress me take some doing...) On the Tram the staff was very help-full and professional!
Please keep up the good work, we need this sort of customer service in South Africa.
