Eversince i fou out i was expecting i encountered problems until i gav birth even now. Was on the baby and me progr had to call and complain all the time inorder for things to be done correctly. Payments not paid in time for my Gaeny etc. I then completed forms to register my son and when i received the cards, some initials were not on the card. Sent a claim for the first time in Nov, still not paid, was advised when i called by Lulu Banda, that the payment was done on the 15Nov, but it was hanging&only found that out on 17Dec, told that two bank accounts were appearing. I then asked how did they get my savings account, because bankmed debits my salary account which is the check&forms were emailed with correct bank accounts. Until this day i still dont have my money& kept on being told on the 5day waiting, but it comes&go nada. Lulu Banda then said i shud send an email with correct account, i advised her im on maternity leave i have no access to emails&even that day i went to a nearest branch to make a call on the 17 Dec. Email was sent from a colleagues email add&Lulu said its fine. Five days passed, no money from bankmed, when my husband enquires on my behalf, he is told no email was received&LulBand
