Emperors Palace
BAD BEHAVIOUR AND NOISE BY AIR SEYCHELLES STAFF

I stayed over at the Metcourt Emperors on the 3rd March 2013, and had one of the worst experiences.
I and my 9 year old niece were kept awake up until 2.45am, with loud music, tv and partying by Air Seychelles staff in the room next door to ours. Theres must have been roughly 20 people in the room by the extent of the noise. I was in room 3312, and there room being 3310
I phoned the help desk 2x to ask them to attend to the problem
The next morning I also complained to the reception. I emailed the manager on duty, being L.PEACOCK as well ask Air Seychelles.
Last Tuesday I phoned again, was put through to another lady in Customer care and was told they would provide feedback asap and that there have been MANY MANY Complaints about this same incident and Air Seychelles air hostesses and staff. This is over 2 weeks later and I am still awating feedback or someone from emperors to contact me.
