To whomever responds to this please be sure you have exhausted all options before giving me an excuse.
I work with various medical schemes and to reduce the number of calls and walk ins they have provided most of their services online. Bonitas find a doctor tool is almost good enough but not quite there. The problem we have is only 10 results are posted per search. In Durban central for an example there are 23 doctors. When the search is completed only 10 will be displayed. If you select to print the results only 10 will be printed. What happened to the other 13? And worse when you repeat the search it displays a new set of results but some of the doctors are still those in the first lot. Please could some one repair this. I have already made several calls on this and the excuses I have heard at OUTRAGES and even comical (I suspect no one actually knows why).
I thought I'd give hellopeter a bash since Bonitas PRIDES itself on service delivery and attending to all complaints on this format. Are you up for this challenge?
