Claims not attended to. Inconsistent requirements

I have problems claiming from my the medical aid. THis is a new problem, as my claims have previously been attended to diligently. The call centre and management seem intent on delaying tactics and coming up with new requirements. The latest rejection was based on incorrect information, when i highlighted this i receivced no response. This is costing me a lot of money, especially when there has never been a single issue with my premium payments.
