I laid an complain. Emerald casino where unable to handle an fight an on there premises. The visitors were in danger because the fight could not been stopped and just went on and on! I did call security and they did not phone me back like the security said they will. I also laid an complain on Hallo Peter because of the situation, no one of Emerald even responded. How pathetic if customers service cant even apologize to there customers because of situation like that and how must the visitors feel safe when they visit Emerald in the future? Don't even think they read the complain or care about keeping customers happy.
