I don't know any more what to do, I have logged numerous queries with Nedgroup medical aid and every time receive a reference number, and then never receive a reply. I also called twice (can't remember who I spoke to) and the ladies were going to come back to me and again, never did.
My plastic surgeon is still owed thousands of rands (around R15, 00) for reconstruction that was done after I had a double mastectomy due to breast cancer. You can imagine the stress that this illness and the road to recovery has taken its toll on me and was a difficult period. I cannot worry about accounts that have not been settled as promise.
The Dr's office has also made numerous enquiries and have also not received any replies.
This is a huge embarrassment and problem for me as I need another procedure done soon and feel too bad to go back to her. She is also going to want the money from me now (which I don't have), as the account is so long overdue. We got an approval for the procedure and I don't understand what is now going on.
PLEASE can someone look into this for me and respond to me as well as the Plastic surgeon, Dr Jandera.
