WAITER KNOWS BEST

So me and my Fiance is out in clear water mall 1 week before our wedding getting the last stuff.

We sat down at House of Coffees. It was busy as its a Sunday afternoon. So we did not complain about the 40min wait or the waiters rudeness.
After we finished our meal that was awesome i might say, we requested for the bill. The bill came to R143 so we rounded up to R150. The waiter came by, swiped my card and only after we swiped he said he cannot accept our tip as it was not above 10%.

I WAS SO SHOCKED I COULDN'T SAY ANYTHING ELSE I WOULD HAVE GONE OFF ON HIM LIKE A MAD MAN.

Just because we are white doesnt mean we are rich, just because i paid with a gold card doesnt mean were rich. We will give a generous tip if we thought the service was great. So we went looking for the Manager. 10 min later we found her, she was just smiling and saying sorry. Sorry isn't going to make me happy. Rather fire his as he does not appreciate his job, Be grateful you get something not saying oh its not enough.

I will never ever support HOUSE OF COFFEES AGAIN because im not obliged to give tips. I will take this to the tabloids as well.
Customer service is number 1, not exploitation by waite
