I have been trying to get hold of Medihelp for the last 5 days and with no luck< what medical aid company closed their doors between Christmas and New year, I do not have this issue with Discovery or Fedhealth for that matter, What makes you SO special, judging by all the complaints on here nothing, I need a member certificate from you guys ASAP, for when I was a member there between 2007-2011, and don't tell me you don't have it because you are required by LAW to keep it on file!! I expect it TODAY
