Not paying

Been struggling since 27/11/2013 to get my claim for contact lenses paid. They have referred it to some other department, but cant tell me what the turnaround time will be. First claim for the year from optometry benefit and still its such a hassle getting it paid. Not paying for my chronic meds either. With Remedi because of employer, not choice.
