Remedi can be proud to have someone with this great attitude in there call centre.
I have a problem where the medical aid cant read a code that the Dr supply to make payment to myself, because I already paid the Dr, I know that stuff like this happen.
This morning the Dr supply me again with the code, when I wanted to sent the mail, the mail didn't want to go thru, I phone the call centre and my Luck I got to Mitchell Thompson, what a pleasure was it to talk to him, I told him what was going on and he supply me with his supervisors e-mail where I can sent it to, and he did say he will get back to me with what 's going on, and I was thinking, ja right, they never phone back, by my surprise he did phone me back and said he did receive the mail and busy to proses it... he do is job great... Thank you for not putting me thru to 10 people to sort out one problem. You made my day.
