Bad service during Xmas lunch

I attended the Christmas Lunch at the Protea hotel in Hilton in 2013. To say my family and I were disappointed with the service is a grave understatement. The service was appalling! I had to ask at all times three times before anything was done. The worst bit was ending up with a table with lunch plates and desert bowls that had been used for at leat an hour. I asked three times for our table to be cleared and eventually had to ask the supervisor to clear the table before anything was done. Disgusting!!!
