POOR SERVICE, LACK QUALITY

Ive been a quest of the hotel for a number of times, both on business and pleasure, i stay in Mafikeng and due to the limited hotels around one is left with no choice but to use this facility.
however for the past couple of years the quality of service has been doing under,
dirty and dusty tables and rooms to waiting an hour for a plate of food.
the most recent incident were":
i got to the hotel with potential business partners for lunch.
we ordered a shisa nyama meal which i recommended because i spoke high about it and trying to promote the hotel...
the sadly we had to wait an hour for those 3 plates, 20 mins for our drinks. and still when the food came is was under cooked and of poor grade.
just last week i was there late afternoon drinks and lunch, it was hot and we wanted to seat at pool area,
the umbrellas were closed, and i had to call someone to ask them to come open it and that took 35 min for housekeeping to come and open it.
the pool was not in the best of clean state

one request from a loyal client :
i understand that you are the only 2 hotels around and you not much of competition with Protea hotels, but please your service is affecting us. pull up your shocks
